Shunko Konwa-kai Secretariat

Constituent members	One secretariat chief, two vice-chiefs (one of whom serves also in the Shunko-kai secretariat), and two members for a total of five.
Activities	Has charge of operating the Shunko-kai and Shunko Konwa-kai and of discharging office affairs. The Shunko-kai was reformed in 1962 (Showa 37). After establishment of the Tokyo Nissan Konwa-kai in 1966 (Showa 41), it evolved 1971 (Showa 46) into and was renamed the Nissan Konwa-kai in and the secretariat for participation in headquarters operations was set up. The secretariat was set up in the former Nissan Mutual Life Insurance Co., one of the Shunko-kai's administrative agents. The present secretariat system retains a full-time vice-chief who, in keeping with the expansion of activities as represented by the establishment in 1986 (Showa 61) of Family Club and the launching of the Marketing Department in 1989 (Heisei 1), delegates operational duties of the committee overall.
